In Focus: Street Level

Street photography is mostly about paying attention. People, places, gestures, accidents, odd juxtapositions, good light, bad signage, and the thousand little stories unfolding around us while everyone is busy going somewhere else. There’s no setup, no art direction, and usually no second chance. Just observation, timing, instinct, and a camera close enough to matter. Vivian Maier I am not. But I keep looking. And every once in a while, the street gives something back.
