Exhibited: Mono Mills After The Storm – McMichael Gallery
Taken hanging out of the side of my car in the middle of a freezing Ontario winter, it was one of those fleeting combinations of landscape, light and timing that demanded a photograph before the moment disappeared. It went on to become an award-winning Greenbelt Ontario entry, exhibited at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection and select locations throughout the province. There was no scouting, no setup, and certainly no expectation of what would follow. Just instinct, fortunate timing, and being there at exactly the right moment. All these years later, it remains one of my absolute favourite photographs.
